Hello! I’m Kendra Miller, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). I’m a mother of two kiddos and a wife to the one and only "Snakeman." My favorite forms of exercise include running and backpacking. I also enjoy relaxing with a good novel and creating new recipes in the kitchen.
My background in competitive dancing led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and complete the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at the University of Texas. I enjoyed helping others with their nutrition and went on to expand my education and complete a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion Science at the University of Oklahoma. I have experience in many aspects of nutrition - sports nutrition and weight management to pediatric and prenatal nutrition as well as food service and menu planning.
Before moving to North Carolina, I owned and operated a private nutrition practice in Alaska. I provided athletes one-on-one consultations to improve their nutrition and contracted with regional hospitals to provide telehealth nutrition education for mothers and children.
From my early experiences in competitive dance to my later experiences as a mother athlete, I learned to fuel my body properly in order to perform at my best. Now, as a busy mother of two, I want to help individuals find a similar balance between nutrition and an active lifestyle.
Hey hey! I’m Tiffany Ricci, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, and Certified Exercise Physiologist. I’m married to Brad and have three boys – Radley, Rowan, and Ridge. We love to stay active exploring the outdoors – including biking, running, and hiking. In my quiet time, I enjoy reading, writing, and uninterrupted phone conversations.
Nutrition is my second career. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, my love for helping people perform athletically led me to the field of dietetics. I was a runner trying to help other runners improve speed and endurance - but knew I needed a strong foundation in nutrition to help them succeed. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Kansas State University and have a wide range of experience in the nutrition field working in the clinical setting, developing employee wellness programs, and teaching the science of nutrition to college students.
Prior to our move to Montana, I owned a private practice in Alaska where I helped clients achieve weight management goals, improve athletic performance, and provided sports nutrition presentations for college and community athletic groups.
My experience in running marathons, biking century rides, and long-distance cross-country skiing adventures helps me better understand the need for a solid base of nutrition to fuel performance. It is a true joy to help mother athletes achieve their training and performance goals after improving their nutrition.
