Banana Cinnamon Overnight Oats

 

STOP 🛑 Before you walk out the door in the morning, you need to eat breakfast!  If you put a little forethought into it, this recipe works great for a meal on the go.

 

Makes 1 serving

 

INGREDIENTS: 

½ c. old fashioned oats

1 tbsp. chia seeds

1 tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. vanilla

1 c. milk

1 medium banana, chopped

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Stir together the oats, chia seeds and cinnamon in a mason jar.  Add the vanilla and almond milk.  Stir in the bananas.
  2. Place the oat mixture in the refrigerator for about 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Stir before enjoying this easy meal as a healthy breakfast.
