Have you heard of the Five Love Languages? They are: Words of Affirmation, Quality Time, Receiving Gifts, Acts of Service, and Physical Touch. I propose a sixth - Nutrition. Nutrition as a love language is two-fold: An act of self-care and a source of joy. Self-care is a way to show love to yourself and we enjoy (and maybe even love - I'm looking at you, dark chocolate) nutrition.
